Privacy policy

I make SVRAKA jewelry myself and handle orders myself. This page explains, briefly and honestly, what data I receive through the website and the Telegram shop, why, and what you can do about it. It follows the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection (Zakon o zaštiti podataka o ličnosti, Official Gazette of RS no. 87/2018).

Who is responsible for your data

The owner of the SVRAKA brand, Belgrade, Serbia. For any question about your data: hello@svraka.rs or Instagram @svraka.rs.

What data I receive

• When you place an order: your first and last name, contact (Telegram, Instagram or phone), delivery method; if delivery is needed, your phone, address or post office and city; the gift card message, order comment and the items you ordered.
• If you request a piece from your own idea: the description and any example photos you attach. Technical data, including the location where a photo was taken, is removed from photos.
• If you order in the Telegram shop: also your Telegram ID and @username, which Telegram passes on so I can reply to you.
• Visit statistics: which pages were opened, where you came from (e.g. Instagram), device type and site language. I do not store IP addresses: a visitor is counted by an anonymous code that changes every day and cannot identify you.

The website does not collect payment card details: you pay by bank transfer or in cash when we meet.

Why

• To fulfil your order: contact you, confirm it, agree on payment and hand over the jewelry. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Article 12(1)(2) of the Law).
• To understand which pieces and posts people like and to make the site easier to use. Legal basis: my legitimate interest (Article 12(1)(6)); the statistics are anonymous.

I do not sell your data, use it for marketing messages or share it with anyone except those listed below.

Who may receive your data

• Delivery service (Post Express or Wolt): full name, phone and address, only if you chose delivery.
• Telegram: new order notifications reach me via Telegram; if you use the Telegram shop, data passes through Telegram.
• The hosting provider whose server runs the site and stores the order database.

Telegram’s servers may be located outside Serbia.

Cookies and browser storage

The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies, which is why there is no consent banner. Only technical ones are used:

• sv_lang remembers your chosen language (1 year);
• your bag is kept in your browser’s storage (localStorage) and is not sent anywhere until you place an order.

How long I keep data

Order data is kept while it is needed for the order, delivery and questions about the piece, and no longer than 3 years after your last order. Detailed visit statistics are kept for 13 months; after that only daily totals remain. I will delete your data earlier if you ask.

Your rights

At any time you can ask me to:

• tell you what data I hold about you and send you a copy;
• correct inaccurate data;
• delete your data or restrict its processing;
• transfer your data in a convenient format;
• exclude you from the statistics (objection to processing). The easiest way is to turn on Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control in your browser: the site respects this signal and does not record your visits.

Write to hello@svraka.rs or Instagram @svraka.rs. I reply within 30 days, usually much sooner. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can complain to the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs).

Security

The site runs over a secure HTTPS connection, and only I have password access to orders.

Changes

If anything changes, I will update this page and the date at the top.
